Questions people actually ask

The tactical stuff, answered plainly — before you submit, not after.
Is it really free?
Yes. Submitting a Build Log or Quick Win costs nothing, and free submissions stay free forever — there's no upsell later to keep a published piece live. The only paid tier is Featured, which is a separate, clearly-labeled placement — not a requirement to get published at all.
Can I include my links?
Not in the body of a free submission — no backlinks, no product or company mentions in the write-up itself. That rule is what keeps free stories trustworthy instead of reading like disguised advertising. What you can do: add your website, LinkedIn, or X link to your author profile, where they're visibly yours, not folded into the story as a pitch.
How is paid disclosed?
Every Featured placement is labeled as paid, and any outbound link in one carries rel="sponsored nofollow" by design — never quietly, never blended in with free-tier content. If it's not on the Featured page, it wasn't paid for.
Who owns my story?
You do. Publishing here doesn't transfer ownership of what you wrote — it's your byline, your work. The full terms of that arrangement will live on a dedicated Terms of Service page; this answer states the intent, not the final legal language.
